Working Genius: Virtual Workshop
90 min, $1,000
20% personality and 80% productivity assessment, the Working Genius is one of my favorite resources. As a certified facilitator, I guide team members to discover what brings them the most joy and fulfillment in their work. Teams will leave understanding the six geniuses, competencies, and frustrations, the three stages of work, and how to leverage their geniuses to get the work done.
Working Genius: In-Person, Half Day Workshop
Two 90 min sessions, one teambuilding activity, $4,000
As a certified Working Genius facilitator, I will guide team members to discover what brings them the most joy and fulfillment in their work. Teams will leave understanding the six geniuses, competencies, and frustrations, the three stages of work, the elevation of geniuses, and how to leverage their geniuses to get the work done. Individual teams will create a team map and will learn how to cover any gaps in order to improve results. Teams will also use a previous project as a case study to apply what they’ve learned for future success.

Becoming a Coaching Leader: Virtual Workshop
90 min, $1,000
Most leaders know how to direct their teams but few know how to develop them. In this interactive workshop, people managers will learn how to be a coaching leader by asking powerful questions and giving consistent feedback.
Customized Leadership Retreat: In-Person, One Day
Three 90 min sessions, three teambuilding activities, $8,000
